Autopoint is a site where approved users may advertise vehicles they wish to sell, and where prospective purchasers may view the vehicles and express an interest in negotiating with the vendor for their purchase. The Site acts a venue to enable vendors and purchasers sell and buy motor vehicles by the use of an “auction style format”. Since Autopoint is not an “auctioneer” it will not be involved in contractual agreements between vendors and purchasers. Therefore, Autopoint cannot ensure that a Vendor and a Purchaser will complete a transaction.
